The Company

The foundation for GEOTEKNIK Engineering Research and Consulting and Contracting Inc. was laid in 1975 with the partners experienced in many projects in the field of geotechnique. GEOTEKNIK is an independent contracting company of engineers and independent of any contracting companies, manufacturers or suppliers. We have several departments that support our activities, i.e. research, laboratory, consulting, design and application. GEOTEKNIK realizes that study is an integrated part of a system and its responsibility field in any project is also a part of a relations-net. For us, it is easy to run harmonic, synchronized and intelligent relations with the participants and counterparts of a project. We have carried our targets in soil improvement, investigation, engineering and consultancy fields on to the international platform and operationalized in 2009 with GEOTEKNIK LIBYA and GEOTEKNIK AZƏRBAYCAN and in 2010 with GEOTEKNIK Middle East.

By the year of 2007; GEOTEKNIK has been awarded with ISO9001:2000 and in 2010 ISO9001:2008, OHSAS18001:2007, ISO14001:2004 certificates along with the vision of quality.
The Staff and The Projects

Our staff is diversified in all aspects of a widely applied, essential discipline. GEOTEKNIK uses the latest academic and practical advances. In the meantime we are working with one of the leading university's research institute for the joint research and activities. Our tests and investigations determine safety factors for all types of foundations, as well as for pilling, tunneling, highway and railway construction. The staff plans and supervises subsurface investigations including samples for laboratory testing and data for groundwater studies, foundation design and seismic evaluation. We analyze the information obtained; prepare the design criteria and specifications using the latest (computer) technology where applicable. GEOTEKNIK has a permanent staff of 50 civil engineers, geophysicist, architects, geologists, project managers, job security engineers and worksite supervisors, and about 500 operators and workers who are experienced and effective at the site. GEOTEKNIK completes an average of 50 projects per year; laboratory test, consulting, offshore drilling, diaphragm walls, grouting, jet grouting, piles, deep excavations, soil nailing, soil anchorages and all kinds of other soil improvement and shoring projects.
